Copy a code from this page, order at pandaexpress.com or in the official app, and paste the code into the "Promo Code" field on the checkout screen before paying. The discount appears as a line item in your order summary. If it doesn't apply, check the minimum subtotal and the expiry date listed on the coupon card.
The four most common reasons: the cart subtotal is below the code's minimum (add a drink or side to cross it), the code expired since our last verification, it is restricted to the app rather than the website (or vice versa), or your account already used a single-use code. Use the thumbs-down button on the card — enough downvotes and our team re-tests the code within 24 hours.
Panda Express allows one promo code per order. However, a promo code can be combined with Panda Rewards points redemptions and free-entree rewards, because those are loyalty credits rather than promo codes. The birthday free entree + one promo code is the strongest legitimate stack we know of.
Most paper receipts print an invitation to pandaexpress.com/feedback. Complete the roughly 3-minute survey within 2 days of your visit, write the validation code on the receipt, and redeem it for a free entree with the purchase of a 2-entree plate. It works in-store and at the drive-thru, where online promo codes usually cannot be used.
Yes — verified students can claim 15% off one online order per week. Verify once with a .edu email or through the student verification prompt at checkout, and the STUDENT15 code becomes reusable on a weekly cadence.
Members earn 10 points per dollar, and 2,000 points cover a free entree. New members receive a welcome free-entree reward after their first scanned purchase, everyone gets a free entree during their birthday month, and surprise app-only offers land in the wallet roughly monthly. Regulars typically save the equivalent of $60–$90 per year just by scanning their member QR.
Delivery codes like free-delivery-over-$25 work only when ordering through the official Panda Express website or app — not through third-party marketplaces, which run their own pricing. All other online codes apply to pickup or delivery orders placed directly with Panda Express.
Most promo codes are designed for the online and app checkout flow and cannot be typed in at a register. In-store savings come from the receipt survey free entree, the Family Feast menu pricing, and limited-time menu specials. Showing a code at the counter occasionally works at franchises, but it is up to the store.
